Who handles your information. ZIZO Research is the trading name of Zoom In Zoom Out Limited (company number 17393748), the controller of personal information provided through this enquiry form. Contact [email protected] about your information.
What we use and why. We use the name, work email, organisation, role, country and other details you provide to assess and respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence. We rely on our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and developing relationships with institutional clients. Providing information is voluntary, but we need the required details to respond. Please do not submit identity documents or sensitive information here.
Service providers. Enquiries are sent to our Microsoft 365 email service through our WordPress website hosted by Kinsta. Cloudflare supports website delivery and security. These services may process technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the website. Contact Form 7 does not itself store your submitted message in the website database.
Retention. Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and related follow-up, taking account of any legal or record-keeping requirements. Information collected during subsequent onboarding is subject to separate information provided at that stage.
Your rights. Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office or another competent supervisory authority.
